There are two parts to the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program.

  • The first part is an online meal generator. You answer a few simple questions and pick your favorite foods. The program generates 4 meals a day for you based on your answers.

  • The second part is an ebook that helps you understand the diet. Using both of these will teach you how to eat correctly, so when you finish losing weight you can maintain your lean body.
